Our Return Policy

We accept returns of most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened pet food or treats (due to health regulations)
  • Used pet grooming tools (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship your return to our Franklin facility using the provided return label (for defective items) or your preferred carrier.

Exchange Process

Want a different size, color, or product? Exchanges are easy:

  1. Follow the same steps as our return process
  2. Clearly indicate in your email what you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive the original item

Note: You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

For standard returns:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

For defective/wrong items:

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label
